Myst steam community12/2/2023 Submitting questions or bugs to more than one place often ends up with our Support team replying to an issue the player has already seen a fix for from the other places they've reached out to. While we understand the desire for a speedy answer, spamming Cyan emails or multiple forums cloud the process for the actual support team. Some players, in their rush to find answers, submit the same issue to multiple Cyan email contacts, or to every forum they can find about the game. This is a good thing - the sooner a player gets good help, the better! Since our staff as an independent developer is small, some knowledgeable fans get to the correct answers before our team can see or investigate the questions. There are a bunch of dedicated players who are in these forums a lot, answering questions from other players, often before we're able to address them. We thank you, all the players and fans here.
